AATE 2025 Conference
held at the Westin Cleveland Downtown July 23-26, 2025 2025 is the time to be surrounded by the inspiring work of local organizations, artists, and educators from Cleveland amid a national dialogue. Join us for an inspiring three-day conference that explores the evolving landscape of theatre and education. From the changing of the theatrical guards to the shattering of harmful practices, the theatre and education fields have shifted rapidly into a more inclusive, dynamic, and just form. Yet our history matters. The voices of leaders with decades of experience matter. The foundations on which we build matter. What do we do with this push and pull? As we navigate the complexities of our art form, this conference aims to cultivate a dialogue about how we can honor our past while boldly stepping into the future. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the field, you’ll find valuable perspectives and practical tools to enrich your teaching and practice.
When deciding on your pricing level, please consider that your registration fee is essential in supporting AATE to provide programming for theater and education practitioners year-round. We need your support to ensure the stability and future of AATE. AATE wishes to make programming available to as many individuals in the fields of theater and education as possible. Registration is open to AATE members and non-members. If you are not a member of AATE, we encourage you to join (there is a tiered scale for membership). The support of our Members ensures our ability to continue to provide the national theater and education community with vital resources. Tiered Registration
