We will discuss how we define, understand, and celebrate difference through strategies including on-stage coaches for performances, the transformation of theatre education strategies in rehearsals and workshops, and eliminating barriers to participation. We will also share an example of a newly-developed directing workshop. We will end with members of the company performing select scenes and discussing what radical inclusion means to them.
